This page explains what data MuziAI collects, why, how long it is stored, and how you can control it.

1. Data We Collect

• No account required. No email, no password, no profile.
• Your content. Ideas, lyrics, style choices, and generated songs are stored on a private page with a random code.
• IP address hash. To limit songs per user and prevent abuse, we store a one-way hash of your IP address, which cannot be reversed to reveal your IP. Raw IPs are not stored.
• Usage analytics. With your consent, Google Analytics records page views, device type, and country in aggregated form.

2. Cookies & Similar Technologies

• Essential (always on): remembers your language, "My Songs" list, and delete key (saved in browser), prevents spam.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4. In countries where the law requires us to ask first (EU and EEA countries, the UK, Switzerland, Vietnam, Brazil, Canada, Turkey, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, India, China and Saudi Arabia), this cookie is only turned on after you click to consent. Elsewhere it is on by default and you can turn it off at any time.
• Advertising: MuziAI shows ads from Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. In the countries listed above where we must ask first, advertising cookies and personalized ads are only turned on with your consent; if you decline, ads still appear but are not based on your browsing history. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and opt out of other vendors' cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu. How Google uses data from sites that show its ads: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• Where ads appear: only on some of our research articles in the blog. Pages of songs or covers you create, My Songs, sample songs, tool pages, guides, the home page and error pages carry no ads and do not load the ad code. On a page with ads, Google receives the address of that page, as on any page that shows ads, and Google's ad system crawler may read the page to pick ads that suit the content. That does not put the page into Google Search.

You can change your choice anytime using the Cookie Settings button in the footer. We use Google Consent Mode: if you haven't consented or have declined, Google does not store analytics or advertising cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we turn off personalized ads automatically, with nothing for you to click.

3. Your Songs & Files

• Not public. Songs are on private pages, not in a library, and not accessible to search engines or AI bots. Only those with the link can listen. The one exception is the crawler of Google's advertising system, which may read the page of a finished song, only to choose ads.
• Long-term storage ensures shared links remain active.
• Delete anytime using the Delete this song button on the browser that created it. Deletion permanently removes audio, lyrics, chords, and stems.
• Uploaded separation files are deleted immediately after processing; separated stems are auto-deleted after 24 hours. They are not public and not accessible to search engines. Voice samples you upload for covers are also deleted as soon as the job finishes; the voice model learned from that sample is kept on our server for 24 hours after its last use, only to make your next cover with the same sample faster, is not used for anyone else, and is then deleted.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

• Your ideas and lyrics are processed on our own servers (lyric writing, categorization and singing); they are currently not sent to any outside AI service.
• Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection).
• Google Analytics (traffic measurement) and Google AdSense (advertising), based on your cookie choices. When a page shows ads, Google and its advertising partners receive your IP address, cookie or device identifiers and the address of the page you are viewing. 5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and similar laws (including Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection and Brazil's LGPD), you have the right to access, correct, delete data, and withdraw consent. Since there is no account, the fastest way to delete is the Delete this song button. For other requests, contact us. Do not include personal information in your lyrics.

MuziAI is not intended for children under 13 to use without adult supervision.
