1. Where your songs are stored

Your generated songs are stored permanently on our servers, on a private page with a random code. This page is not listed in our library or sitemap, is tagged noindex, and blocks search bots, advertising bots and AI bots. Anyone with the link can listen and download, so only share it with the people you want.

You can delete your songs using the 'Delete this song' button in the same browser where you created them. Deletion is permanent: audio, lyrics, chords, stem files, and vocals are all removed. We may remove content violating our terms at any time without notice.

2. Content and your responsibility

MuziAI does not moderate lyrics in advance. You are free to choose your subject: ad songs for a shop or a product, songs that name people or brands, and comedy songs can all be generated. You are responsible for the content you create and for how you use it.

• The only thing the machine blocks automatically: sexual content involving children.
• Do not use MuziAI for anything that is illegal where you live: threats, harassment, fraud, impersonation, or violating other people's rights.
• If you use someone else's lyrics or melody, it is up to you to make sure you have the right to use them (see section 6).

Sexually explicit content is not allowed and may be removed when reported. Songs with violent or sensitive content are still generated; the only difference is that their pages do not show ads. We may remove a song when we receive a valid report.

3. Using your songs: free, no royalties

MuziAI is completely free: we charge nothing in any form, there are no paid plans and no licenses for sale. We claim no copyright and collect no royalties on the songs, instrumentals, covers or lyrics you create here.

• Use them for any purpose: videos, films, YouTube and social media, contests, schools, events, advertising and business. No permission, license purchase or confirmation letter is needed.
• The only condition is a credit, for example “Music: made with MuziAI (muziai.live)”, in the description, the end of the video or wherever credits fit.
• This page is MuziAI's official written confirmation of these usage rights. If an organizer or partner needs proof, send them the link to this page.

You are responsible for how you use your songs: the lyrics, other people's rights (names, voices, lyrics or melodies you put in) and the rules of the platform or contest where you publish. AI-generated music can partly resemble other songs; MuziAI does not guarantee that a song is unique and does not handle disputes on your behalf. Do not register songs made here with copyright identification systems (such as Content ID) to claim rights against other people.

The audio is generated by an open AI model released under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license with additional permissions for creators, which allow individuals, content creators and musicians to use and monetize the songs they make without paying fees. MuziAI stays free thanks to ads provided by Google AdSense; see Privacy and cookies.

4. Files you upload for stem separation

The stem separation tool accepts the music files you upload. You are responsible for rights regarding those recordings: only upload tracks you own, have permission to use, or use for personal purposes under local law. We delete the original file immediately after separation, remove the two stem files after 24 hours, and do not publish or distribute them.

5. Voice samples you upload for covers

The AI cover tool is only for your own voice. Before running, you must confirm the voice sample belongs to you. Uploading someone else's voice, a singer, celebrity, or acquaintance, without written consent is prohibited: voice is a personal identifier, and in many countries cloning another person's voice without permission is illegal.

To run fast, the system temporarily learns your voice for this one cover only. We delete the song file and the voice sample as soon as processing finishes, delete the cover after 24 hours, keep that temporary voice model for at most 24 hours and then delete it, do not publish it, and do not use it for anything else. If you discover someone using your voice here, report it via the Contact page: we will remove it immediately and block that user.

6. Copyright infringement report

If you believe content on MuziAI (a song, a cover or lyrics) infringes your copyright, please submit a report via the Contact page: the link to the content, a description of the original work and your rights in it, contact information so we can follow up, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized and that the information you provide is accurate. We review and remove infringing content as soon as possible, typically within 2 to 3 business days, then notify the person who created it so they can respond. Users who repeatedly infringe copyright are blocked.

7. No warranties

The service is free and provided 'as is'. We may change usage limits, suspend the service, or remove infringing content without prior notice.
